DOERNER, Commissioner.
Paul J. Toenjes and Dolores J. Toenjes, his wife, sued the L. J. McNeary Construction Company, a corporation, and L. J. Mc-Neary, its principal stockholder, for $9500 actual and $20,000 punitive damages for fraud arising out of plaintiffs’ purchase of a house and lot from the Construction Company. The court sustained defendant’s motion for a directed verdict at the close of all of the evidence as to McNeary but overruled it as to the corporation. A verdict in favor of plaintiffs for actual damages of $7800 and punitive damages of $1.00 was returned by the jury, and…
