Altricia Muhammad J appeals her conviction for possession of a controlled substance, crack cocaine, for which she was sentenced to ten years in prison. She argues on appeal that the trial court erred in denying her motion to dismiss. We disagree and affirm.

The facts elicited at trial were as follows. On February 18, 1995, appellant was a passenger in a car driven by L.E. Kennell.
