OPINION
WILLIAM B. CAIN, Judge.
The issues in this case are based upon the trial court’s charge to the jury involv- mg the sudden emergency doctrine. On appeal, we find no error in the jury instructions. Accordingly, we affirm the decision of the trial court in all respects.
I. Facts
This case began with a minor injury which brought Plaintiff, Kimberly Ross, to the emergency room at Defendant, Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
