Plaintiffs Mary Christian (“Mrs. Christian” or “Plaintiff’) and Thomas Christian (“Mr. Christian” or “Plaintiffs husband”) commenced this action on June 30, 2010 against Defendants United States of America and United States Postal Service (collectively “Defendants”) pursuant to the Federal Tort Claims Act (“FTCA”), 28 U.S.C. § 2671 et seq.
