In this civil proceeding under the Oregon Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (ORICO), ORS 166.715 to 166.735, plaintiffs appeal from a summary judgment for defendants. We affirm.
Plaintiffs are chiropractors licensed in Oregon. Defendants are an Illinois professional corporation, Professional Evaluation Services (PES), and its principal shareholders and employees, Hender and Rose.
