This is a claim to recover damages for the wrongful death of claimant’s intestate, including the reasonable expenses of medical aid, nursing care and attention incident to the injury causing death and the reasonable funeral expenses of the deceased, for the intestate’s conscious pain and suffering prior to his death as a result of the fatal injuries sustained by him, and for damages to intestate’s automobile truck, resulting from the alleged negligence of the State of New York, its officers, agents, and employees.
