I. Order Denying Recognition Under Chapter 15

After a full evidentiary trial on the merits, consideration of all of the evidence presented at trial, and evaluation of the credibility of the witnesses, on May 22, 2007, the Court issued its order denying recognition of a foreign proceeding under 11 U.S.C. § 1515, which states the Court’s findings, in pertinent part:... the Court finds that Houston, Harris County, Texas is the center of Yuval Ran’s main interests and has been since 1997.
