Appellee recovered judgment against the Gulf, Colorado & Santa Fe Railway Company and the Texas & Pacific Railway Company for injuries sustained by a shipment of horses and mules, from which said railway companies have appealed.
The shipment traveled from San Angelo, Texas, to Temple, Texas, and from Temple, Texas, to Dallas, Texas, over the Gulf, Colorado & Santa Fe Railway; from Dallas, Texas, to Shreveport over the Texas & Pacific Railway, and from Shreveport to Vicksburg, Hiss., over the Vicksburg, Shreveport & Pacific Railway.
