CHAGARES, Circuit Judge.

This is an action under the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 794(a), et seq., the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12132, et seq., and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 involving the alleged failure of Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (“DOC”) affiliated personnel to accommodate former inmate Chaka Matthews’s Ac-' hilles tendinitis while he was a prisoner at the State Correctional Institution at Somerset, Pennsylvania (“SCI-Somerset”).
