BURKE, Judge.
In these cases plaintiff sued to recover for damage to real and personal property. In his complaints he alleged that the loss sustained was one for which the defandants had agreed to pay indemnity under the provisions of the respective insurance contracts they had issued to him. The two cases were consolidated for trial and as a result of the trial the jury returned verdicts in favor of the plaintiff in each case. Judgments were entered in accordance with the verdicts.
