This writ of error was granted to the second judgment of the Circuit Court of Wayne County in an action of death by wrongful act brought by Henry A. Gilkerson, administrator of the estate of Virgil Ray Gilkerson, deceased, against Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Company, C. J. Williams and E. B. Van Lear, the defendants below having been the plaintiffs in error in the former submission to this Court.
