I. INTRODUCTION

These cases involve a dispute between two banks over the right to the limited proceeds available for distribution from the sale of certain real property. Debtor in No. 13-11090, Timothy Charles Moore, and Debtor in No. 14-11692, Timothy’s mother Carol J.
