The father, C. Michael Woodside, appeals from a Probate and Family Court judgment of divorce nisi allowing the mother, Sharry A. Woodside, to remove the parties’ two minor children to Maine and ordering him to pay alimony to the mother. The parties were divorced on March 12, 2009, and a “Bifurcated Judgment of Divorce Nisi” (first judgment), dated March 12,2009, incorporated the parties’ agreement as to custody and visitation of the children.
