OPINION OF THE COURT

2Per curiam

Roger Kornegay appeals the denial of his habeas corpus petition, which was filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. We will affirm.

At the time this action began, Kornegay was in federal custody at FCI Allenwood in White Deer, Pennsylvania, serving a sentence arising out of a probation violation. See D. Neb.Crim. No. 8:07-er-00430, ECF Nos. 17-18.
