In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of an employment agreement, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Roncallo, J.), dated April 21, 1988, which denied their cross motion, inter alia, to enjoin the defendant Jack Rhian from soliciting customers of the plaintiff BR Ambulance Service, Inc., granted the defendant Jack Rhian’s motion to stay the action and compel arbitration, and sua sponte dismissed the complaint as to all the defendants.
