This matter was referred to the undersigned for the resolution of all discovery disputes. Presently ripe for resolution is Defendants’ motion to compel, [Dkts. 105, 108], requesting that the Court order Plaintiffs to produce all documents belonging to their CEO, the production of which Plaintiffs, in turn, argue would be unduly burdensome and disproportionate to any value the documents might possess to Defendants in this litigation.
