On July 13, 2004, Plaintiff Mary Jo Murphy (“Murphy”) filed a Complaint against Defendants, M.C. Lint, Inc. d/b/a Polk County Heating and Cooling (hereinafter “PCHC”), Melvin Lint (“Lint”) and Mark Young (“Young”).
