I regret that I am unable to agree with my colleagues, in the conclusions expressed by them in the opinion which they have handed down in this case. I have carefully read the entire statement of facts and, in my opinion, there is no evidence whatever to support the finding of the court below and affirmed by the majority of this court that appellant Cecil Snyder was, in any sense, a resident of Dallam County, either at the time this suit was filed or at any previous time.
