ORDER OF REMAND
COHN, District Judge.
I. Introduction
This is a case which was removed from Wayne County Circuit Court by Respondent, General Motors Corporation Pension Administrator (the GM Pension Administrator) on the purported basis of federal question jurisdiction. Upon receiving the removal papers, the Court issued an order to show case as to why the case should not be remanded as improvidently removed. See Order to Show Cause, filed May 29, 2003.
