Reversing.
The appellee, George W. ITonck, filed a claim for compensation with the Workmen’s Compensation Board on November 27, 1941. In his application for adjustment of the claim he stated that he received an injury on April 19, 1937, in an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment. His employer was T. W. Samuels Distillery Company.
