Plaintiff Charles Prince appeals from a summary judgment for defendant, the Secretary of Health and Human Services. The Secretary denied Prince’s request for disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 401, et seq., and for disability benefits under the Supplemental Security Income program in Title XVI of the Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1381, 1382c.
