This was a compensation case on allegations that appellant, Traders & General Insurance Company, was the compensation insurance carrier, Jim Rudd,- deceased, the employee, and Angelina County Lumber Company, the employer. The suit was filed in the district court of Angelina County by Mrs. J. E. Rudd, suing individually as the widow of Jim Rudd, and as next friend for their five minor children, to set aside an adverse award of the Industrial Accident Board.
