ORDER

CURRIE, District Judge.

This action arises from a dispute over insurance proceeds owed to Plaintiffs for damage to their residence as a result of Hurricane Hugo. Jurisdiction is based on diversity of citizenship, 28 U.S.C. § 1332. Defendant Valiant Insurance Company (hereinafter “Valiant”) issued a policy insuring Plaintiffs’ home. Defendant Maryland Casualty Company (hereinafter “Maryland”) handled adjustment of claims for policies issued by Valiant.
