This is a complaint against the respondent, as an attorney and counsellor at law, setting forth that the complainant, as executor of the will of Mary Holden, placed in the hands of the respondent, as his attorney, fifteen hundred dollars to be used by him for the specific purpose of settling three legacies of five hundred dollars each due to Martha J. Magill, Augusta Palmer, and Mary E.
