This action was predicated on a fire insurance policy issued by the Insurance Company of North America, herein referred to as the Company, to the appellee, The Board of Education of Independent School District No. 12, Texas County, Oklahoma, herein referred to as the Board. The policy was the usual standard policy, insuring the property against loss from explosions, fires and other hazards.
