Appellants brought this action as policy holders in a mutual life insurance company, organized under the laws of this State, to enjoin said company from making an assessment upon its members, including appellees, and paying to appellants the amount of two policies upon the life of one Mitchell, said appellants having no insurable interest in his life, and said policy having been issued without his knowledge or consent.
