The undisputed facts- of this: case are as follows: Richard M. Pancoast, the inventor, took out letters patent No. 476,682 and 605,508, for improvements in ventilators,, and on Septeniber 16, 1896, assigned his interest therein to the Pan-coast Ventilator Company (hereinafter called the ‘'Ventilator Company”), which began to manufacture the patented article.
