This is an appeal from a judgment on a jury verdict awarding plaintiff-appellee Wadley damages on separate claims for libel and slander arising out of his discharge from employment in Oklahoma by defendant-appellant M. F. Patterson Dental Supply, Inc. The libel claim against the corporate employer alone was removed to federal court on admitted diversity of citizenship and requisite amount in controversy.
