MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
FABER, District Judge.
This civil action, filed originally in the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, was removed to this court by the defendant. The plaintiffs have filed a motion to remand. For the reasons discussed below, the motion to remand is DENIED.
The plaintiffs are retired former employees of the Greenbrier Hotel (“The Greenbrier”). The Greenbrier is owned and operated by the defendant, CSX Hotels, Inc. The plaintiffs contend that, as part of the consideration for working at the Greenbrier, they were promised life insurance equal to twice…
