Walsh Contracting Co., contractor on a public works construction project in the City of Beacon, against the Fishkill National Bank, to recover trust funds allegedly diverted by the bank. The contract involved the construction of an intercepting sewer at an agreed price of $286,710 (adjusted by reason of additions to $325,884.15).
