i adverse ros-oí1sut^: invalid foreclosure. This case involves a controversy between tbe children of 0. R. Severson, now deceased. Tbe family have been residents of Pleasant Township, Winneshiek County, Iowa, f°r many years. The grandfather of the par^es hereto was one Syver Asleson, who settled in the township at an early day, and acquired title to 120 acres of land, known as the “old home place.” Asleson conveyed this farm to his son, O.
