MEMORANDUM OPINION

HENRY WOODS, District Judge.

The defendant attacks jurisdiction in this cause by a motion to dismiss. The operative facts are not in serious dispute. Plaintiff, an Arkansas corporation, brought suit against the defendant, a Virginia corporation, for alleged failure to comply with terms of a contract under which defendant undertook to purchase 5,000 bushels of soy beans from plaintiff.
