The Massachusetts Municipal Wholesale Electric Company (MMWEC)1 appeals from a final decision of the Massachusetts Energy Facilities Siting Council (council)2 rejecting, in part, MMWEC’s long-range forecast and ordering MMWEC in the future to submit individual member forecasts as part of its long-range forecast. MMWEC also seeks to strike certain orders and findings contained in the decision. A single justice reserved and reported the case without decision to the full court.
