*1072Appeal from a judgment of the Seneca County Court (Dennis F. Bender, J.), rendered May 6, 2003. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of murder in the second degree (five counts) and arson in the first degree (five counts).
It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed.
