Youth appeals from a judgment finding him to be within the jurisdiction of the juvenile court for committing acts that, if committed by an adult, would constitute solicitation and disorderly conduct. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

In May 1999, the principal of youth’s school called him into his office after he discovered offensive writing on youth’s school folder.
