Crosby v. Weil

By this appeal the appellants, who were the original plaintiffs, seek to reverse a judgment of the superior court of Cook county striking the third amended complaint filed by them. The appeal was taken directly tó the Appellate Court and the appellees there moved for a transfer of the appeal to this court on the ground that a constitutional question was involved. The Appellate Court sustained the motion and entered an order transferring the appeal to this court.
