Before us are two reciprocal discipline cases involving respondent under D.C.Bar R. XI, § 11. One is Bar Docket No. 315-89, the Perlowski matter, and the other is Bar Docket No. 143-91, the Pilson matter.1 In a single Report and Recommendation by the Board on Professional Responsibility covering both cases, the Board recommends that in the Perlowski matter, respondent be suspended for three years, nunc pro tunc to May 10,1989, and that in the Pilson matter, respondent be suspended for one year, nunc pro tunc to November 18,1988.2 The Board recommends that both suspensions bear a requirement…
