Alfonza McKeever, proceeding pro se, appeals the district court’s denial of his motion for leave to amend his amended complaint against Liberty Mutual Group, Inc. (Liberty Mutual). McKeever filed an amended complaint in state court alleging defamation and slander against Liberty Mutual and GEICO Insurance Agency, Inc. (GEICO).
