This appeal concerns four consolidated cases, three administrative appeals and a declaratory judgment action filed by the parties. At issue is the judgment of the Ashtabula County Court of Common Pleas affirming in part the decision of the Trumbull Township Board of Zoning Appeals (“BZA”), reversing in part the decision of the BZA, and dismissing the declaratory judgment action of appellants and cross-appellees (“appellants”).
