Following a jury trial, Max Ritchie Cooke was found guilty of second degree kidnapping, aggravated battery, and assault. Subsequently, Cooke filed a petition for post-conviction relief, which was partially granted by the trial court. Cooke appeals his judgment of conviction and the partial denial of his post-conviction petition.
