This case is before the court on the withdrawal of referral to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Louisiana of both the adversary proceeding brought by the bankruptcy trustee — Dwayne Murray — against Royal Alliance Associates (“the Trustee Proceeding”), and the adversary proceeding brought by certain investors (“the Barry Plaintiffs”) in Pooled Pension Fund Management Corporation (“Pooled Pension”) against Royal Alliance (“the Barry Proceeding”).
