Plaintiff Elizabeth Mollasgo (“Creditor”) asserts pre-petition claims against Defendant James Tills (“Debtor,” and together with Creditor, the “Parties”) based on California securities law violations and common law fraud and negligent misrepresentation in connection with the sale of a security (collectively and as ultimately evidenced by the settlement agreement discussed below, the “Creditor’s Claim”).
