(After stating the foregoing facts.) It appears from the statement of facts hereinbefore quoted that “the employer and insurance carrier have paid the claimant, Bobert Stone, compensation under the Georgia workmen’s compensation act for a period of eleven weeks, beginning November 16, 1929, and continuing until January 30, 1930, at the rate of $7.50 per week.” The record shows that at the expiration of the time named the insurance carrier stopped compensation to the employee.
