Defendant JBI Associates, Ltd. (Associates) appeals from an order entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Bradford, J.) on the motion of defendants Jackson Brook Institute, Inc. (JBI) and Community Care Systems, Inc. (CCSI), disqualifying attorneys Frederick Goldstein and Leonard Singer from representing Associates in the underlying declaratory judgment action brought by Casco Northern Bank (Casco).
