On the 2d day of June, 1893, the appellant, Marcus A. Sawtelle, Receiver, etc., recovered a judgment in the superior court of Jefferson county against one Andrew Weymouth (respondent’s husband) on a community debt. Thereafter execution was issued, and a levy made on certain real estate, the legal title to which was in the name “of the respondent.
