This appeal is from a decree of the superior court of King county reversing a decree of the former probate court of that county, in the matter of the distribution of the estate of Sarah B. Yesler, deceased, late wife of the appellant, Henry L. Yesler. The decedent left her surviving nine brothers and sisters, of whom respondent was one, but no children. The probate court found all the property here in controversy to have been the common property of the husband and wife, and distributed it to the husband. The superior court reversed the…
