This is an appeal from the order of tlie district judge refusing to grant the prayer for writ of injunction, because the petition presented to Mm did not disclose such an equity as would justify him in granting the writ prayed for. The appellant, the Acme Cement Plaster Company, complained of the American Cement Plaster Company and C. H.
