PER CURIAM: *
Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company sought a declaratory judgment that it had no duty to defend or indemnify insureds in a suit filed in Kentucky state court. The district court granted summary judgment in favor of Nationwide and the third-party defendants. The insureds now appeal. We AFFIRM. .
