Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Breslin, J.), rendered September 6, 2013 in Albany County, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of robbery in the second degree.

In satisfaction of two consolidated indictments, defendant ac*959cepted a plea bargain by which he agreed to enter a guilty plea to one count of robbery in the second degree in exchange for a promised prison sentence of no more than 15 years, to be followed by a period of postrelease supervision, and waived his right to appeal.
