Sharp v. Two Point Associates, Ltd.

Plaintiffs brought this action on July 12, 1974, seeking recovery for the alleged wrongful acts of defendants. Plaintiffs contended that on July 8, 1972, the Sharps entered into a general partnership (hereafter S.C.S.) with defendant Two Point Associates, Ltd. (hereafter Two Point).
